About Keystone Wellness 

In both nature and in architecture, a "keystone" is the central stone, at the summit of an arch, locking the integrity of the entire structure together. The same principle of a central keystone can be applied to what keeps our physical body, mind, and emotional health stable. 


Always unique and always brilliant, the journey towards discovering this "keystone" is authentically different for each of us. Since 2005, Keystone Wellness has been helping private and corporate clients find that central element holding the whole of their own health and wellness together. Whether your goals are healthy eating, weight management, stress management, becoming more physically active, tobacco cessation, or healthy sleep, if you are ready for change, Keystone Wellness is here to support you in that growth.

Keystone Wellness goes far beyond addressing RDA guidelines and nutritional deficiencies, instead incorporating a "whole person" approach that looks at individual biochemistry, metabolic patterns, nutrient interactions in the body, genetics, and environment.

Natasha Soby, founder of Keystone Wellness

Natasha C. Soby, founder of Keystone Wellness, holds a masters degree in Health Education and Holistic Nutrition. Natasha is a Kaiser Permanente Trained Wellness Specialist. She is also a certified teacher of Krav Maga, yoga, TRX, kickboxing, and strength and conditioning. Her physical movement training and expertise allows her to meet each client where they are at, and safely coach them towards health and mobility.

Founding Statement of Health Philosophy: I believe that true health and wellness takes into account the whole person, including one’s emotions, thoughts, perspectives, experiences, beliefs, passions, goals, desires, habits, medical history, genetic makeup, social norms, beliefs and customs, community, etc. I believe in balance, the importance of love, relationships and meaning on health and the scientific rigor necessary to bridge the gap towards a truly integrated medical field.


Continuing Commitment to Health and Nutrition: I commit myself to the pursuit of knowledge and expertise, so that I may be of service to others. I commit myself to the health profession and all that encompasses, as well as the healing of myself and those around me.

In order to reach as many people as possible and coach them towards achieving their individual health and wellness goals, Keystone Wellness offers coaching sessions via Skype, Zoom and telephone.
